How to Make Iaso Tea

MAKING YOUR IASO TEA

Each Plastic Bag has two IASO tea bags.  From that you will end up with a gallon of tea. 

Step 1

Bring 1 Liter of water to a boil. Pour the hot water into a glass pitcher or kettle. Place the 2 tea bags in the water and let sit 8 hours or overnight.

Step 2

After the IASO tea has steeped for 8 hours, get a one gallon container “Glass if you can find one” and pour in the steeped tea in, and add 3 Liters of water to make 1 gallon of tea.  (Note: It’s ok to leave the tea bags in the diluted tea until it is all gone.) 

Step 3

Make sure to store the tea in the refrigerator after diluting it.

That's it! Your Tea is ready to DRINK!

After you drink all your tea, you can dry your tea bags and use the leaves in your salads, shakes or any dish that you prepare.

Drink your Tea

8 oz with Breakfast or Lunch4 oz with a snack8 oz with Dinner.

This is recommended for individuals who need digestive help; otherwise, you can drink it anytime of the day or night.  Just make sure you drink it!
